Cancellations, Modifications & Payment Policy – In the case of cancellation, a 25% deposit is required when dates are scheduled (this deposit will not be returned if the dates should be cancelled). We send you a deposit invoice once dates are scheduled and then a receipt once payment has been received. This is to be paid by BACs transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid on or around the date of the wedding by BACs transfer. We send you an invoice at the time of payment and then a receipt once payment has been received. Weather conditions WILL NOT affect our ability to provide videography for the day. Adverse however does apply to extra drone services we provide.
Drone hire policy – At all times, we adhere to the rules and regulations set by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority). We must have permission from the venue or land owner before we fly the drone. If weather conditions are too unsafe, we will NOT fly the drone and we will remove/refund the drone hire cost. We do a risk assessment prior to any drone flight. If the flight in question in any way does not match the guidelines set by the CAA, then we will cancel the flight and we will remove/refund the drone hire cost.
